Once your order is on the way, you will receive a notification (either via email / text message) with runner location tracking link.

In most cases, our appointed logistic company will handle the delivery. However, certain products will be delivered directly by the vendor.

Yes, you will receive an automated SMS with the runner name and contact details once the runner pickup your items from our vendor. Keep in mind that your runner may be driving – for safety, they may not be available to answer the phone or write a message.
Sometimes things outside of a runner’s control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively contact you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In most cases, your order will be delivered right to your door. You can also include special delivery instructions before confirming your order.

At the moment self collection is not available.

If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your runner will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact number and address details.
We have been there and understand that mistakes happen. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information prior to delivery. Our delivery partner will deliver to the delivery address given at the time of checkout. Moments365 is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of a product due to an incorrect address is not possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your delivery address if you see any discrepancies. Once a product has been assigned a tracking number, we can no longer update the delivery address. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds or credits for insufficient or incorrect addresses that cause such delays/items returns.

We do offer midnight delivery however this is only limited to vendors that operate during the midnight.
